What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), project type, budget and message.
• Analytics: pages visited, device and browser information and approximate location, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use contact details only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). We use analytics data to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers act as our processors and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we enter into a contract with you, in which case they are kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or request a copy of it. Email contact@nestedpie.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
